Cancelling and refunds
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, including for partial periods and unused time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Pay from the pricing page first, then sign in. After that, open the billing portal from your dashboard to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Changes apply at the end of the current billing period.
Who can buy a paid plan?
Paid plans and paid placements are offered only to US-based organisations, and prices are in US dollars. Paying to promote surrogacy services is restricted in Canada, the UK and Australia, so organisations based in those countries can claim the free listing only. If an organisation outside the US buys a paid plan or placement, we refund the purchase and remove the paid features.
